"Easy to log in whenever I need"
I’ve been using lumosity for a bit, and getting into my account has been really simple. I can sign in on my phone or laptop without any hassle, and I haven’t run into random errors or getting logged out. I even had to reset my password once, and that worked without any trouble. It’s not flashy, but it’s useful and does what it’s supposed to do

"Easy to Use Right Away"
My first reaction to lumosity was that it just gets out of the way. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and it’s super easy to move around. The games load quickly, and I’m not stuck clicking through a bunch of menus to find what I want. On both my laptop and phone, the layout feels simple and clean. I like that my daily games are right there when I log in. Quick judgment: it’s straightforward, no fuss, and it works.

"I actually feel a bit more focused"
I started using Lumosity mostly out of curiosity and didn’t expect a whole lot. After a few weeks, though, I do feel like I’m a little quicker with everyday problem-solving stuff, and I’ve noticed my focus at work seems better too. The games are simple to squeeze in during a break, which makes it easy to keep up with. I wouldn’t call it some miracle thing, but I can genuinely say I’ve noticed a positive difference...

"Pretty straightforward, but still room to improve"
I didn’t run into any surprise charges, which I really appreciated. Everything was billed the way I expected, so that part felt honest and stress-free. That said, the overall experience wasn’t perfect — I would’ve liked clearer communication upfront and a smoother process in general. Still, it’s nice not to feel nickel-and-dimed.

"Got Old Quickly"
At first the games were fine, but after about a week they all started to feel pretty much the same. I mean, you can only replay the same kind of thing so many times before it gets boring. Just wasn’t enough variety to keep me interested

"Refund was handled without any hassle"
I realized I’d left my Lumosity subscription active and ended up getting charged again, which was kind of annoying... mostly because I’d just forgotten about it. I messaged support thinking it might turn into a whole back-and-forth thing, but they got back to me quickly.
They looked into my account, confirmed things, and processed the refund without making it difficult. The money showed up a few days later, so yeah... it was a really fair and easy experience

"Feels Safe and Easy to Use"
The privacy settings are clear, which I really appreciate. I haven’t felt stressed or worried while using it, and that makes a big difference for me. it’s such a relief to use something that feels secure without making everything complicated.

"Really solid value for the year"
I’ve been happy with the subscription. I use it pretty much every day, so for the yearly price, it feels like a good deal

"Keeps Me Coming Back"
I like how it starts out easy and then slowly gets more challenging. A few levels feel like they jump up a little too fast for me, but overall it feels fair. It keeps me trying, even when they get a bit frustrating.

"Fun in parts, but maybe not for everyone"
I tried Lumosity for a bit, and from what I remember, it was okay overall. A few of the games were actually fun, though I can’t recall the names of them now. Some others got confusing quickly, at least for me. It feels like something adults might get more out of than kids or older people who aren’t used to using apps much. Not a bad app, just probably depends on your age and how much patience you have for these kinds of games.

"Easy Little Brain Habit"
I like the daily reminders and the quick games. Because they only take a few minutes, I actually remember to do them. I’m not sure it’s made a huge difference, but it does help me keep a small brain-training habit going.

"Finally, I can actually see my progress"
I like being able to check my scores and see those little improvements each week. It makes progress feel way less confusing, which is nice because guessing where I’m at is annoying as hell.

"Fun game, but the scoring is frustrating"
I’m having fun with it overall, but the scoring feels kind of off sometimes. It’s annoying when you think you did well and then the score doesn’t really match what happened. I still enjoy playing, but that part definitely gets on my nerves.

"They replied so fast I was honestly shocked"
I reached out expecting to wait forever, but they got back to me super quickly and fixed the issue before I even had time to stress about it. Such a relief!

"Nice little brain game for my desktop"
I’ve been using this on my desktop for some quick daily brain games, and it’s been easy to jump into. Nothing fancy, but it works well and I haven’t run into any issues so far

"Pretty solid, honestly"
I’ve been using lumosity for a few weeks now, and yeah, I’m totally calm and normal about how much I like checking my scores. What I appreciate most is that it actually shows the research behind the games, so it doesn’t feel like some flashy gimmick. It’s a nice little brain workout, the tracking is easy to follow, and overall it just feels credible to me.

"Fun at First, But It Gets a Little Repetitive"
I started using Lumosity because I liked the idea of having little brain games that adjust as I go, at first it was fun. It felt nice to see the app respond to my progress and give me different training sessions. But after using it for a while, some of the games started to feel a bit repetitive. A few sessions are genuinely enjoyable, while others feel more like I’m just going through the motions. It’s a decent app overall, but I guess I was hoping for a little more variety.

"Easy little brain break"
I’ve been using the Lumosity app for a few weeks now, mostly on my commute, and it’s been a nice little routine. It loads fast, which I appreciate way more than I thought I would, and I haven’t had any random crashes or weird laggy moments. The games feel quick and snappy, so it’s easy to just open it up, play a few rounds, and feel like I did something slightly useful instead of just scrolling forever.

"I signed up for Lumosity but…"
I signed up for lumosity but eventually decided to cancel since I wasn’t really using it much anymore. I wasn’t totally sure if it was going to be a hassle, but it ended up being straightforward. I found the cancellation option in my account, clicked through it, and didn’t have to email anyone or deal with any back-and-forth. I got a confirmation afterward too, which was reassuring. it’s nice when a site doesn’t make canceling feel complicated.

"Pretty good, even with the free plan"
I’ve been using the free plan it’s still good. You only get a few games each day, which is a little ridiculous, but the app is easy to use and fun when I just want a quick brain workout

Lumosity Q&A

How do i find out if the time you charged me 3 times for the same thing was intentional fraud or just stupefying incompetence?

Hello there, i want to end my 10 day trial period as of today monday, 8/19/19. i m not sure how that works. please inform.
